FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as fair as possible with our pricing. While some may view our pricing as above average, we believe our service and our product are also. Many contractors use low pricing to get their foot in the door and either provide sub-par performance or use change orders through the construction process to make up for the lack of accurate pricing in the beginning. We charge what we charge to provide our team members a living wage while providing our customers with a top quality product with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No two customers are the same, and neither are their projects. There is nothing typical about working with one customer as compared to another. The only thing we can do is try to provide our knowledge in the industry, our life experiences, and most importantly our patience as we guide our new clients toward their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost 30 years experience in the construction industry, from pushing brooms to building and finishing furniture. I've been around every aspect of this business for most of my life and have spent the past decade and a half managing other contractors companies.
