- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat fee service. All of our management duties are included in our monthly charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with analysis of the investment including any leases currently in place or tenants occupying their units. After our analysis we advise our clients on how we will stabilize the subject property and maximize the investment.
