Even though it was a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, he went out of his way to help. Fortunately, he was working about 3 miles away when I called, but he didn't need to do so. The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and even took the time to explain everything and made certain that I understood the system. Great work and great communication. Thank you.
