I was very happy and impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness of working with Monica. It was great having another woman in the house who understood my concerns for my children’s health and chemicals. She was very knowledgeable and a perfectionist. With 3 small children and a dog we had a lot of stains and she worked hard until our carpets looked and smelt new again. I will definitely be using her again.

My experience with Baylight carpet cleaning was great! Monica worked on my carpets and did a phenomenal job! She was efficient, clean, good spirited, and ready to work. She never slacked off or seemed lazy by any sense. She had a good and positive attitude that made me feel happy with my choice in company. She was very respectful to me and my house and I felt more than comfortable with her cleaning my carpets/upholstery. She was a good, honest, and hard worker, truthful to her word. Ultimately, I was happy with this company from start to finish. My carpets are as clean as ever, and I would definitely consider hiring baylight again.
