Tim showed up on time for our appointment, walked us through & discussed our needs. Very thorough! We decided to go ahead & use their company for our alarm system & set up the appointment. They were actually able to do the installation a few days early too. Set everything up, made sure we understood the system, answered all my questions. Very personable too. I highly recommend using them for your security system!

I'm so grateful to have found these guys. What I expected to be a headache when I began the process of finding and setting up a good home security system turned out to be a much greater and easier experience than I had ever hoped for. I entered this process very naive, and their expertise was a tremendous help with all of my hundreds of questions, but it soon became apparent to me that their only concern was getting the intricate 4-camera system together and working exactly the way I wanted it to. And they did. And they did it in just 5 very pleasant hours. I will never understand how that was possible. We are extremely happy with the result and cannot recommend Professional Home Automation and Security highly enough.
