- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing. We discuss all your options up front before any work is started. That way there are no surprise charges on your bill!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to schedule an in person appointment so that we can get our eyes on the project. Every home can present different challenges and we don't want to give a price over the phone, only to find out that our assumptions were not correct. By coming to your home or business, we can be sure we give you the right price the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several Journeyman plumbers on staff who are supported by managers with over 25 years of experience. All of our younger plumbers are enrolled in the local PHCC journeyman apprenticeship training programs. We believe that education never stops and we work hard to stay on top of the latest technological advancements in plumbing as well.
