- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My compensation is based on commission at the time of closing on a property whether I am representing a buyer or seller. No compensation required until close of escrow.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Initial Contact (Phone Call, Email, Text) : Assess needs (Buying, Selling, Leasing, Vendor Referrals) -Obtain as much information from client (property address, desired area, reason for relocating) -Prepare and present Listing/Buyer Presentation with current market data. - (For sellers) Schedule walk through appointment to view the property and present Market Analysis. -(For buyers) Schedule appointment for Buyer presentation. -Sign Listing or Buyer Agreement -For Sales: Assist seller with property preparation (if needed) to prepare home for the market. - Market the home with cutting edge marketing. - Put property on market. - Schedule Open Houses, Tours, and Set Offer Due date. - Obtain and present offers to Seller, get in contract, close escrow. -(For buyers) Shop for homes with Buyer, assist in showings. - Assist Buyer with creating an appealing offer and submit to listing agent. -Get in contract, close escrow, and hand over keys. - Clients pay based on commission at Close of Escrow
