Matt responded literally within minutes to confirm the order. When I had to change my move date, he was super accommodating. Showed up early to the job and made sure everything was in the right spot. Even asked at the end if I needed help with anything else before they left. Nothing damaged, everything in the same condition. Incredible service and at a competitive price. I had so much stuff I needed to move and called Matt's Movers after reading several great reviews. They showed up with a big truck and packed it to the brim! They even helped to get rid of some of the junk we wanted to dump! Definitely call these guys if you are moving soon!

Matt really helped me out of a huge bind today that I doubt other movers could have handled. My cell service went dead and I lost the moving truck key-talk about panic. Through a series of jumping through hoops and tremendous patience, Matt and David were able to get into my moving pod at the Oakland facility and meet me at my new apartment in SF in record time. We got an entire 2bd/2bth house (no big furniture) unloaded into my new place in less than an hour! I will always reach out to them for all moves in the future- highly recommend!
