I price based on the complexity and number of items, sharing an approximate build time to ensure a fair rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We verify the item, I share the estimated build time and price. If they agree, we schedule a convenient time. I confirm the appointment and address the day before. On the day, they show me the item and workspace. We confirm where the item should go once built. After completing the job, I clean up any mess, have them inspect the build, and handle final placement if needed.

Honestly, I’m a bit of a natural when it comes to furniture assembly. I’ve built and disassembled countless pieces for family and friends, solving the unique quirks of mass-produced furniture along the way. It’s a hands-on expertise I’ve honed over time.
