- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At TCG, we believe in transparency. That's why we opt to charge a per-project fee. We'll do retainers on a pre-agreed-to rate for the work we do. There won't be extra charges or "unforeseen" expenses. We'll tell you the costs upfront before you're ever charged a dime. No work gets done without your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We succeed when you succeed. We'll have an initial conversation to determine if we offer the services you need. Once we know we can help your business grow, we go all in! We'll hold a discovery session to go deep into the weeds of what you do and what problems your product/service is solving. Then, we'll put together a plan and/or strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on the team has 10+ years of experience in marketing, media, PR, advertising, communications (internal & external), recruitment, talent management, data analysis, etc. We hold many certifications among our entire team, including PCMs and MIT Sloan School Digital Marketing.
