- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clinics are a less expensive alternative to private 1-on 1 training, and that’s a great way to get kids started and making new tennis friends on the courts. However, because of the technical aspect of stroke production, private lessons are highly encouraged to not develop bad habits which can be detrimental to advancing later in their tennis career
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss availability and ability level, I provide rackets if needed and then we try to set up a weekly recurring time slot for private lesson that works for them each week , adding clinics and tournaments as they improve
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was ranked top 20 in Georgia as a junior and 2 in the state for Men’s Open division as an adult. I also passed the USPTA P-1 coaching certification class before making the move to California back in 2003. I have been coaching since I was 15, running summer camps with 50-80 kids , doing hitting lessons with national level juniors and also teaching privately
