- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to keep things simple and clear: Initial Contact – We start with a quick call or message to learn about your needs and what kind of work you're looking for. Free Estimate – We schedule a time to come out, walk the property with you, and provide a free, no-obligation estimate. Project Planning – Once we agree on the details, we schedule the job and make sure everything is lined up—from materials to timing. Job Execution – We complete the work on time, with attention to detail and respect for your property. Final Walkthrough – We walk through the job with you to make sure you're fully satisfied before we wrap up. We believe good communication and quality work are key to building trust with our customers from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained valuable hands-on experience by working many landscaping jobs over the years. Through real-world work with both residential and commercial properties, I’ve learned the ins and outs of proper mulch installation, yard cleanups, edging, and maintaining healthy, great-looking landscapes. Every job has helped sharpen my skills, and I bring that experience to every new project I take on.
