FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the depth and quality of care I bring to each session. I combine nervous system-informed coaching, movement, breathwork, and somatic tools to support sustainable transformation—not quick fixes. I offer: Package options for ongoing support Sliding scale availability for a limited number of clients Discounts for referrals and longer-term commitments Transparency is important to me, so we’ll always talk through pricing, expectations, and goals upfront. I want you to feel supported and empowered every step of the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what’s feeling most present in your body and life right now. Our first step is a free consultation where we explore what kind of support you’re looking for and how I can help. From there, I’ll offer a personalized recommendation based on your nervous system, lifestyle, and desired outcomes. Whether we’re working together through coaching, breathwork, yoga, or a blend of all three, the process is always: Collaborative – You’re the expert on your experience. Regulation-first – We build capacity slowly and safely, honoring your pace. Holistic – We work with the body, breath, mind, and emotions together. Sessions are a mix of guided practices, somatic education, reflection, and integration—and I always leave space for what’s alive in the moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a well-rounded background in nervous system education, somatic coaching, yoga, and breathwork—all rooted in trauma-informed care. My training includes: Certified Yoga Teacher (Power & Yin) – with over 2000 teaching hours Neurosomatic & Somatic Coaching Training – focused on nervous system regulation and embodied transformation Trauma-Informed Facilitation – including how to work safely with dysregulation, survival patterns, and stress responses Breathwork Practitioner Certification – using breath as a tool for both activation and regulation NASM CPT, CNC - I have been personal training and providing nutrition support for for almost 20 years. Bachelor's of Science In addition to formal training, I’ve spent years integrating this work through my own lived experience—moving through burnout, chronic stress, and healing from within. This combination of education, embodiment, and real-world coaching is what allows me to meet each client with nuance, depth, and care.
