- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding Their Needs: The first step is to meet (either in person or virtually) to discuss the customer's property management and maintenance needs. You'll want to learn about the property types, size, tenant expectations, and the customer's goals (e.g., reducing vacancy rates, ensuring preventative maintenance, etc.). Property Evaluation: If possible, visit the property to assess its current condition and identify any immediate maintenance or management issues. This will help you create a tailored plan and give a clear idea of what needs attention. Discuss Services Offered: Explain the full range of services you offer, from routine maintenance to emergency repairs, tenant management, rent collection, lease management, and property inspections. Clarify how Legacy can support their long-term property goals.
