Michael was the only person in the area I could find to help me with my pellet stove inspection and installation. Our pellet stove was installed when we purchased the home and no one in the area would work on it as they did not install it. Michael and his crew did not have an issue with that and came right over to take a look and fix what needed to be done and make it safe for my family.

Called Home Depot for someone to install a ventless propane stove for me. Karl answered my request and did an amazing job. He answered my messages promptly and showed up exactly on time. Took the expected amount of time to do the job and cleaned up afterward. Great customer service!
