I cannot express enough how wonderful our experiences with Toddler Play Zone Houston have been for my sons birthday celebrations! This was our second time using their services, and once again, Kim has completely outdone herself.For my sons first birthday, we opted for the bubble house, which was an absolute hit with all our guests. The joy on the children's faces was priceless! Fast forward to his second birthday, and we chose the soft play with a ball pit. It was a fantastic decision! The kids were absolutely thrilled, and it kept them engaged and happy throughout the party.Kim is truly exceptional when it comes to communication and ensuring that every detail is perfect for the event. She took the time to understand my vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life, even crafting a beautiful sign with balloon garland that matched our decor perfectly. Her attention to detail and personal touch made the day feel extra special.Punctuality and cleanliness are clearly priorities for Kim, as her equipment is always pristine and ready to go. Its evident that she genuinely cares about the children having an amazing time, and that makes all the difference. The joy and laughter from the kids were a testament to how much fun they had in the soft play area.I wholeheartedly recommend Toddler Play Zone Houston for any childs birthday celebration. From day 1 of party planning, Kim was always on top of it. She responds back quickly and was super helpful during my daughters first bday planning. She has a great selection of colors that work well with most themes. The kiddos had a blast with the soft play and bounce house rental. The quality of the rental is excellent as well. I highly recommend working with Kim and her team. They are very professional and easy to work with!

Toddler Play Zone was an absolute dream to work with. Fantastic customer service and communication. We got the bumper cars and the connect four and they were both in great condition and a huge hit at my sons 2nd birthday. I would 100% recommend utilizing their services. I will be using them again in the future!

I found Toddler Play Zone after Googling soft gyms in Houston for my daughters 1st birthday. The pictures of the gyms looked fun and the pricing was reasonable. Kim reached out to me on setting up for the party and was extremely kind and professional. The equipment was clean and Kim took extra care to make sure it stayed that way while setting up. The kids loved climbing all over the gym and in the ball pit. After the party, Kim came and broke down the gym and was again clean and professional. I would recommend her business to anyone looking for a fun experience for their toddler's party!
