We were in need of a fence, we are in Boone and there aren’t that many available contractors that would come this far on a quick turnaround.
Ron called us right after our request, got out info and set up the appointment.
He arrived a bit early which made us feel better. Ron asked us a few questions regarding our project, listened to our reasons and provided a few options in term of materials.We went with aluminum as it is sleek and durable.
We got an estimate the next day, compared with a few other we had and for 385 feet of fence Ron’s estimate was $1500.00 less, we could not believe the difference but since Ron had been responsive, punctual,professional and best estimate we went with Ron.
We were added to schedule and it was a 2 day job for a crew of 2 guys, all the material was delivered the start day and work was completed the next day as promised.
One thing that I think set Ron from F&F apart from other contractors is he did not ask for 30% upfront, the day we started and materials were in our back yard we as agreed on the contract paid 30% and the rest when our project was done and we were satisfied with everything.
