FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair and transparent pricing based on the scope, complexity, and materials involved in your project. Each estimate is customized to your specific needs—no cookie-cutter pricing. We’re happy to work within your budget range and can offer good/better/best options when available. Our proposals are broken down clearly so you know exactly what you're getting. As a veteran-owned company, integrity is at the heart of what we do—you'll never get surprise charges or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things simple and straightforward. Depending on the type of project, we’ll either provide an hourly rate or ask for pictures and a brief description so we can estimate how long the work will take. Based on that, we’ll send over an estimate for your review. If everything looks good and you're ready to move forward, we’ll send you a link to our scheduling page where you can choose a date and time that works best for you. From there, we’ll confirm the appointment and get your project underway.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians bring over 30 years of hands-on experience in the trades, with backgrounds in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general remodeling. Many of our team members have completed formal trade training, and several are military veterans who apply the same discipline and attention to detail they learned in service to every project. We enjoy the variety this work brings and take pride in delivering high-quality results across a wide range of tasks.
