At Forever After Cleaning Services, we believe in transparent and fair pricing. Here's what you can expect from us: Flat Rate Pricing: We offer competitive, flat-rate pricing based on the type of service and the size of your space, so you know exactly what to expect without any surprise fees. Minimum Service Time: For most services, we have a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning. For example, a deep cleaning of a standard 4-bedroom house typically takes at least 3 hours. Upfront Deposit: To secure your booking, we require a $100 deposit. This deposit is applied to the total cost of the job. Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel or reschedule, a $50 cancellation fee applies if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service. No Hidden Fees: There are no hidden fees with our services. The final price you’re quoted is the price you’ll pay. Discounts & Special Offers: From time to time, we offer seasonal discounts or special promotions. Be sure to ask about any current deals when booking. Our goal is to provide excellent service at a fair price, and we are committed to delivering a satisfying experience every time. Our Typical Process for Working with a New Customer: At Forever After Cleaning Services, we strive to make every customer experience seamless, stress-free, and personalized. Here’s how we typically work with new customers: Initial Contact: When a customer reaches out (********************************), we gather the necessary details about the cleaning service they need—whether it’s a one-time deep cleaning, regular maintenance, or specialized services like oven or window cleaning. Customized Quote: Based on the details provided (size of the home, specific cleaning tasks, etc.), we offer a customized quote. If necessary, we can schedule an in-person or virtual consultation to assess the job and provide a more accurate estimate. Booking & Confirmation: Once the customer agrees to the quote, we schedule the service. To secure the booking, we ask for a $50 deposit for jobs under $250 and $100 deposit for jobs $250 and above upfront. We’ll send a booking confirmation with the date, time, and a brief summary of the service to be provided. Pre-Service Reminder: A day or two before the scheduled service, we’ll send a reminder to confirm the details and ensure everything is set for your cleaning appointment. Cleaning Service: Our professional cleaning team arrives on time, ready to provide the best service. We’ll carry out the cleaning according to the agreed-upon plan, paying attention to every detail to ensure your space is spotless. Post-Service Check-In: After the job is completed, we’ll do a quick walk-through with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. If you’re satisfied, the remaining balance is due at that time. Follow-Up: We always check in after the service to make sure you're happy with the results and to answer any questions. If needed, we’ll schedule follow-up services or offer maintenance plans.
