My experience was absolutely amazing. Lucy communicated very well to make sure she had all of the details for my project for an older iron door that was very difficult to unlock. She offered several possible options prior to her arrival. She arrived in a timely manner and worked diligently to troubleshoot and fix my problem at the lowest cost possible. I do highly recommend Lucy. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Bravo! Definitely a thumbs up.
