I struggle with my weight, eating right, and exercise (in particular weightlifting). I am a gym person but mostly cardio, I love to dance (Zumba). However, maintaining my weight and building muscle is a challenge. I need extra support, knowledge and encouragement from someone else. I feel confident that with my work with Jason I will not only meet my goals but maybe even surpass them.
