What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is package based. I offer a variety of packages to satisfy as many clients as possible, whatever the budget! I offer a lot of personalized discounts and make sure everything is clear and upfront so there is no guessing involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I will first establish multiple forms of communication (email, text, etc ...). From there, I'll walk the potential client through a series of questions that will help establish what they are looking for and needing for their unique event. This information will help me decide if I am the best fit for their event. After that, the fun begins! Once both parties have agreed on a package/specific services, we start planning!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified wedding planner and wedding designer through the leading wedding planning organization - the Certified Wedding Planner Society. I am also a certified event planner/coordinator with several years of planning experience.
