What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have design fees if the customer decides to not proceed with our company and they would own the design plans. We also give a first free estimate but after that there is a fee
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is an onsite visit establishing the job then an estimate and proceed as they wish, if the job includes any sort of design we would have a time to go over that
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Grew up doing this type of work and was invested at a young age
