Watertight Roofing redid my roof in Stoneham. I found Manny to be extremely responsive to any questions I had, and very professional. He told me the crew would be here at 7 am to start the work, and at 655 am 3 trucks pulled up with a dumpster, and they were ready to go. The new roof install went smoothly, and he demonstrated my new solar shaded skylights which I am thrilled with. They look much nicer than the old, and the seal is tight. The job was done in 2 days as promised, and the crew cleaned up nicely. They were respectful of my lawn and garden. No debris was left around the house. The roof looks great, and although I have not had it long enough to be sure everything is tight, I am sure Manny and his crew did a professional job, and I expect no future problems. I am very happy with the job!

I contracted Watertight Pro to replace three skylights. I reached out to three contractors and ended up picking Watertight Pro due to several reasons: 1) Watertight Pro has a very convenient online booking system. It's much easier to schedule an initial consultation by clicking an available time slots than calling someone. Very often, people don't answer my call and I have to wait for them to call me back; 2) the proposal from Watertight Pro is the most detailed. When I asked for modifications, they also updated the proposal and price quickly to fit my needs; 3) the price is the best among all three. There was one other contractor who quoted me double the price what Watertight Pro quoted for the same work. On the day of the project, Manny and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. They covered the working area with double layers of sheets to prevent dusts from falling to other areas. They finished the work on time and I am very happy with the results. I'll definitely contract Watertight Pro again for my next roof project.

Needed to install 2 new skylights. Contacted Manny at Watertight Pro and he was awesome to deal with. The skylights I had were over 20 years old. Manny suggested a solar shade, whic was a great idea as on hot days, the skylight room would get extremely hot. I got 2 other estimates and Manny was very competetive with his pricing. He told me when the skylights would be in and showed up a little earlier than quoted, which was great. I also wanted some interior painting done as well and got a quote for that. In summation, the skylights and painting were done flawlessly and we are a very happy, satisfied customers. In fact we have more painting next spring we want them to handle. I would definitely use Watertight Pro again and whole heartedly recommend them. We love the solar shades...lol
