This is a good appliance repair company. Been using Choice Home Warranty for years and always get some weirdo that comes out and can nevwr fix the problem right the first time. The technician Kadi was professional, respectful, and was able to repair a previous companies mistake and have me up and running in the same day. The technician was also presentable, someone I would feel comfortable dealing with my wife if I was out of state. Strong work guys keep up the great work!!!

It is rare I think of leaving any review, however, Mr. Kadi's service call impressed me greatly. He was an expert who immediately got to work and was very fast finding and replacing necessary parts, plus when I just happened to mention an additional issue with the refrigerator light he instantly found and repaired the burnt wire - something not on the ticket. His professionalism is matched with his carefulness and thoroughness. Thank you very much for sending Mr. Kadi who I hope can assist with any future needs we may have.PS: I need to add that I had completely missed the email and Mr. Kadi's phone call for my original appointment. I called back late, after work hours, thinking to reach a messaging service. To my surprise Mr. Kadi answered and did not allow me to feel that I had delayed him, rather said he could come the next day without a problem. He is an outstanding individual - thank you again!

This was the 2nd tech CHW sent to repair our washer after waiting since September for the first one to come back! Kadi figured out the problem, ordered the parts, and came back quickly to fix it. His communication throughout was 5-star. 10/10 recommend for repairs!!

I have Kadi this morning refrigerator from choice home warranty company. Well I am 74 years old and I have dealt with ladder technician people in my life. I never seen one with professionalism and sincerity and kindness as Kadi that came to fix my refrigerator this morning , as a matter of fact, he refused to take any charges because I told him I got ripped off from another technician yesterday under the name of the Choice also but he was not choice home warranty company now I believe I got me a good deal when I purchased my home warranty from Choice home warranty company. Thank you.
