Overall, my wife and I had a great experience with Dinverno Remodeling. The representative Zach was very professional and helpful throughout the entire job. Highly recommend!

We worked with Josh when we decided to do our kitchen and had to replace all of our windows, gutters and doors. With several very large projects in front of us, Josh made us feel comfortable and confident with moving forward by showing us renderings, going over pricing very throughly and transparent with time frames. With wonderful ideas and a great team behind him we were able to create a beautiful kitchen that was more functional and up to date as well as installing 26 windows, doors, gutters and our entire siding on our home. In the end, the timeline, process of each project was communicated and executed very well and we would completely recommend Josh and his team!

Came out to provide an estimate. Left saying they would email me. Never received an estimate, I had to call them to find out that they decided not to even provide an estimate and didn't let me know ahead of time.

I’m very disappointed with my experience using this company. I initially connected with them through Thumbtack, and they were very responsive at first—they called me right away, sent someone out, and assured me the project would be no problem. This was on a Tuesday, and I was told I’d hear back within three days. By Friday, I hadn’t heard anything and had to follow up myself. I was then put in contact with someone else who scheduled a visit for Sunday. Sunday came and with no call or show. After I reached out, he admitted he forgot but did eventually come by, which I appreciated. During that visit, I was again told the project could likely be done and that I’d hear back Tuesday. Instead, a week later now, someone else contacted me to say they were no longer comfortable taking on the job. At that point, it felt like a complete runaround. What made things worse was that early on, they had already asked me to leave a review, put a sign in my yard, and even took a photo of me as a “happy customer” for their website—before any work had actually been done. That was very premature and, in hindsight, inappropriate. To top it off, when I expressed my frustration, the person I spoke with became argumentative instead of taking accountability. Overall, the communication was inconsistent, expectations were set and not met, and the process felt disorganized and unprofessional. If you do choose to work with this company, I strongly recommend making sure the person evaluating and committing to the job is the same person who will actually be doing the work.

Details: Complete plans or drawings • Bathroom • Complete renovation • No load-bearing structures involved • Less than 500 sq ft • Home
