communication is horrible- the initial meeting went well, I was given information on what to expect and hired this company. there was no follow-up to schedule the work as I was told there would be. my family and I was on vacation when I received a call some folks were working on my porch. I reached out to find out why no one contacted me. After reaching the project manager he said he'd have to call me back the next day - he called me after the job was done and still rushed me off the phone and never had time to address my concerns. He consistently had to 'call me back' or discuss on a later date. I understand a company needing to use your electricity but I shouldn't have to provide an extension cord (which i did) nor do I expect materials i purchased to be used (which they were). The actual work was done well from the pictures I received but the experience is not one I would ever want again. Very unprofessional!!

Called the company to come out and give me a quote. They came out looked at the work that needed to be done and told me they would send a quote, it took them over a week to receive my quote and when I looked it didn’t have the proper measurements nor all the work that needed to be done when I called and made them aware I was told they would call me back and I have yet to receive any response from the company.
