I recommend Aaliyah for both men and women. I knew she was good when it came to helping women reach their goals because she helped my friend lose 22 lbs but I was sure if she knew how to develop the make physique as well. I’m glad I took the chance because she helped me put on lean mass and was very educational focusing on form and what each movement was targeting.

Aaliyah is very professional and has a spirited personality that keeps you going and motivated! Aaliyah really helped motivate me to keep going on days I wanted to give up. After week 12 I started developing new habits and setting new goals that I crushed by the second 12 weeks. I dropped 9% body fat and I feel stronger and more functional than ever! I highly recommend!
