I must say that my recent experience at Prefbuilders working with Itay on the additionto my standalone ADU was excellent and went above and beyond my expectations. The ADU's design was both contemporary and practical. Its open floor plan gave the impression that the room was larger than it actually was. Not tomention the cozy and welcoming ambiance that was produced by the abundant natural light. The furniture was chic and cozy achieving the ideal harmony between design and functionality. Also with the fully functional kitchenette, I valued being able to cook for myself, which is a big plus. The bathroom was large and spotless, with contemporary fixtures that gave it a luxurious feel. For me, it was like a second lil home, which I cherish. Anyone looking to add an ADU or remodel their home should definitely contact Preferred Builders & Remodeling. Itay performed a phenomenal job! He is incredibly talented at what he does. Grateful client!
