Saw great reviews and booked them, however the house was not to its cleanest state afterwards. I complained about it and they offered to to come back to clean the certain areas, however come to the day of the follow up appt, they text less than 30min before the appt time and say theyll be late for 2hrs.No explanation on reason, and no answer to phone. I had been late to their first cleaning appt due to a broken door keypad but I even bought them Starbucks as an apology and and apologized multiple times as the keypad issue was sudden. It seems like shes doing some kind of payback and its beyond unprofessional. They also take pictures of the house and their cleaning before and after photos while working, didnt ask me for permission on taking photos in my property. Do not recommend her or her attitude and professionalism in her work.

However, we regret the inconvenience caused by the delay in our follow-up appointment. While unforeseen circumstances led to our tardiness, it was never our intention to appear unprofessional or unresponsive. We will work to improve our communication in the future to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Regarding the photos, our standard procedure is to document the cleaning for quality control and internal purposes only. However, we understand the importance of privacy and will ensure that in the future, explicit permission is requested before any such actions.
