Working with Jesus feels like working with family. He has made me feel comfortable enough - and confident enough - in my vocal range and abilities to reach higher heights, and continue to pursue my higher potential. He has an inherent and uncanny ability to recognize where my voice shines, and where we can stretch it and lean in to find larger expressions, particularly when it comes to selecting music that works specifically for my voice - he can transcend genre and draw from a myriad of styles, whether from pop, musical theater and opera, or elsewhere, so it’s not about the music, it’s about what my voice can do with the music. That level of personalized care and attention is among the most valuable qualities in an instructor and guide.

Working with Jesus Garcia was wonderful. Not only is he a Tony Award winning superstar artist who has headlined in operas all over the world, his gift of teaching, unlocking and improving my singing was incredible. He has a way of imparting his immense technical knowledge in a way that feels uplifting and inspiring. I loved every moment of our remote classes together and can’t wait to do more!
