Aweful company,Quoted me a price, they told me I had to pay before they did the work. First quoted me too high, I said no, then they took $100 off the price. I agreed with the price. The worker came and fixed the roof. Did a very poor job. The metel piece he replaced is bent, tour and cut jagged. A couple days later I realized they charged me an EXTRA $60. When I called in regards to the extra charge, (angie) the "office manager" repeatably told me she discussed the extra charge with me. But she NEVER did. How can a company agree to charge your card a dollar amount and the go back charge an extra amount. The "office manger" refused to let me talk to anyone above her. She informed me she was the boss. She finally agreed to refund the $60 after I mentioned a lawsuit. She finished our conversation on the phone with "if you have any more roofing issues, find another company" HAHA NO PROBLEM.

I was very happy with Darrell and the prices. When I needed them again for an agreed on price for a re-occurring job, they said it would have to be re-bid. They set up an appointment, cancelled it the day after they was supposed to show up and didn't, reset another appointment, and never showed, never called, nothing. I would not, for any reason, recommend this company. Darrell was apparently the only good thing about them.UPDATE................The owner has reached out to me and explained the confusion, and has been very adamant about wanting to do what ever is necessary to rectify this situation.LATEST UPDATE.........After meeting with the owner and reviewing the scope of work, he sent out a crew and the job was completed in a very timely and professional manner. I have actually discussed using them on future jobs, and plan to do so. I would recommend them to anyone who ask...

We had our roof replaced on our ranch home by the Roof Doctor. The Roof doctor team that arrived ripped off our old roof and replaced our home with a new roof in no time at all!The team of workers were kind, respectful and courteous. They promptly cleaned up all the old roofing materials as they were removing it from our home. The few times they needed to know something or do something, they came and inquired, (ex. like they needed to leave the work truck parked in our driveway until the next day) . When the main roofing part of our home was completed, there were no remnants that anything even happened, other than having a beautiful new roof for our home.If you need a new roof for your home dont hesitate to call The Roof Doctor. They are very friendly, fast, courteous, as well as well priced!

Not in the habit of posting a bad review, however, this whole situation has been a complete and utter waste of time and money.AFTER 5 VISITS MY LEAKING PORCH IS STILL NOT FIXED.PAID THIS COMPANY $500 DOLLARS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. After the last visit, the technician indicated to that we may need additional work and that he was not sure if we had to pay or if they would cover. I left a message for a callback , also stating that i had no interest in paying for another repair as I already paid money and still not fixed. Still have not received a call back. There have been so many issues with this ( which has been going on now for a for a MONTH). Installed WHITE FLASHING ON A DARK GREEN/DARK TAN HOUSE, WHICH THEY HAD TO PAINT ONLY AFTER I CALLED TO SAY THIS WASN'T ACCEPTABLE. CAME TO PAINT, PAINTED TOTALLY WRONG COLOR. Only corrected after we gave them correct paint color ourselves.There have been so many things wrong with this transaction I have lost count.. The only thing they did right was getting us an appointment on short notice initially, and Angie has tried to keep us informed, but only after i have made calls to express our concerns. Incredibly disappointed in the work and service we have received.

Rachel, The flashing was installed where none existed. It is now there. The broken window was not covered under flashing repair. The painting was not done at your husbands request. You called later and wanted done. We painted your color when matching paint from house was provided. Our first initial meeting was not pleasant as your husband was extremely rude and nasty toward the technician and in his own words was having a bad day! We never met with you until complaints after the fact. We did fix the flashing but the $500.00 flashing work would not repair an $800.00 window with a broken frame.
