Easy to work with. I've called around and while they're competitively priced, they're definitely a cut above the rest. I live In Charlotte and when my rental unit in Durham had a leaky kitchen faucet for my tenants, they were quick to respond and get a new one installed (and saved me some cash too). Happy tenants means happy landlord! I'll absolutely use them again.

Terrible service and pricing. 60$ to look at a lock, like literally. 100$ to pull stickers ( like 5 of those) , 50$ to install a tub stopper and the list goes on. Even the vice president of the US doesnt bill that much.
