- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most times I work on a fixed rate, however everything is negotiable. I am willing to work with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with my customer to find out their needs and vision and we go from there. Any questions or concerns they have will be answered right away as communication is key to me. I am very quick to respond and my customers always recognize that I make them and their event priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Business Management, and years of professional hospitality experience such as restaurant, catering, and events management.
