My experience with Callahan Homes was AWESOME! Zach was a complete rockstar as he singlehandedly constructed a 3-story play set from Costco that included a swing set and a covered twisty slide that was new in the boxes to start. He worked tirelessly from morning until night (he was literally still working in the dark) the first day and then came back to finish it bright and early the next morning. He even took all the empty cardboard boxes with him when he was finished. One less thing for me to have to worry about! Zach was friendly, personable, hardworking, polite, professional, and punctual. He went above and beyond to make sure the play set was put together correctly and that everything was perfect for my kids. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and makes sure it is done with the highest quality. My kids are so excited about the play set and it is all thanks to Zach and his hard work and handiness. I highly recommend working with Zach and Callahan Homes. I know he will be the first person I call the next time I need something done with my house! A+++++ rating! 5 stars!! Thanks again, Zach!

February 2017 I first met Mr Callahan by getting his contact info from Home Depot. I needed a disapearring stairway in my garage. He also added flooring and a light in the attic. I was very pleased with his pricing, workmanship and he was very nice. I am single so am very leary of having just anyone in my home, but was happy with everything. This year I contacted Mr Callahan again because I needed electrical outlets added in one of my rooms and just like last year I am happy with everything.

We at Callahan Homes are more than confident that our pricing can meet your budget. Call or email for a free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has been identified based on their project parameters we at Callahan Homes will call or email directly to discuss the project and get all the details, whether its over the phone or an onsite visit. Once all the details are noted we will then send the customer a formal quote/estimate with detailed line items so they can see exactly what they are paying for. Once the customer agrees we will then schedule the job based on availability (no job is too small), larger jobs will not take priority......every job is a priority!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our head contractor/owner has been in the construction industry for 10+ years with experience as a laborer as well as owning his own company.
