- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Small Parties- The price is based on the cost per person + the actual amount for groceries. For Large Events- An all-inclusive price and minimum amount based on your desired service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for inquiring and booking is very simple 1. schedule a no-commitment call to discuss the details of your event. 2. We will create the perfect menu and service options to suit your needs and preferences. 3. You approve the final details. 4. Secure the date with a deposit. 5. Relax and enjoy the experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both attended The Art Institute of CA San Diego. The school set the foundation, but the most growth came from working in places like Morimoto-Napa, Bottega-Yountville, Saison-S.F., Atelier Crenn-S.F., and a few more. We have had incredible and humbling experiences working under exceptional chefs.
