- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $95 service call used to locate the problem and get a price to correct the issue, as long as we get the approval to fix the problem that $95 is waived.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended AAI where I got my certification in HVAC, EPA certification, OSHA 10 certified I also have commercial AC experience working on everything from smaller residential units up to chillers that feed entire apartment complexes.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently got the chance to install a walk in cooler for a health supplement company here in Phoenix. It took a day and a half.
