FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may not be the cheapest, but I warrantee all my work. I only hire experienced guys with great customer service skills. Most of my employees used to run their own businesses and have decades of experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The price is pretty easy. I come out and meet with you. We discuss your needs, go over any potential hazards, or additional concerns regarding your job. We discuss your budget and see if we can find an option that works well for you at a price you can afford. Then we type up a contract and collect a down payment and get you on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As far as training, I did an electrical apprenticeship, I also worked for a finish carpenter, I did landscape construction for 2 years, I worked for 4 different contractors flipping houses. I recently was trained by CTi to use their product as one of their dealers doing decorative concrete. And I have had my own handyman company for 5 years.
