Hi! My name is Kye.
I work with students who are feeling stuck in their practice. Whether that is because you are a total beginner and have no clue where to start. Or maybe you have been doing the same things for a long time and have fallen out of habit with your practice and want help getting to that next level. I want you to believe that you can actually fall in love with moving your body and I’ll be there to help you!
I believe every body can do yoga and I love finding variations of the poses that work for my students so that they don’t feel awkward or forced. As far as credentials I am 500hr certified and have been teaching yoga since 2016.

I recently had the pleasure of attending two individual yoga sessions with Kye and I must say, it was an incredible experience. Kye's personalized attention and instruction allowed me to become more confident with the poses and movements. She was able to assess my level and tailor the session to meet my needs.
Kye was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire process. She demonstrated various modifications to help me perform the poses correctly and safely.
Additionally, she taught me some new moves that will help me achieve my goal of eventually doing a split.
I appreciated the individualized attention Kye gave me, as it helped me improve my form and alignment in each pose. Her expertise and knowledge of yoga were evident in her instruction and guidance.

Some days I just feel so tired and like I'd rather sleep or be a couch potato.
When I push through and do my sessions with Kye, I am always so happy I do! I leave the session feeling refreshed, from my body, mind and soul. I am so thankful for the time she gives me, and the motivation it provides me to do more movement then I would otherwise
