FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know I don't offer the cheapest price in town, but I stand by my work 100% and you'll see my prices are very competitive and the quality is better than most, also my prices can be customized to fit the customers budget and home size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know how many windows the house has first. Knowing this gives me the ability to give the customer a ball park figure of how much it will cost. This price can change because some windows require ladder work or more detailed work, but for the most part this price will be close to what they will pay. Then I like to set an appointment with the customer, in this appointment I walk around the property and get a final count and final estimate for the customer. If we agree on that price then I do the job the same day. I do a final inspection to make sure everything is up to my standards before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in business for over 5 years, I have gone through countless hours of safety training including OSHA certification, this benefits my customers because, my mindfulness of safety protects them and their property.
