- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is inclusive of all chemicals. Chlorine, algaecides, balancing chemicals, and other “optional” chemicals that really improve water quality and sanitation. We don’t feel they’re optional, so we do them. Your flat rate bill includes all of that, plus discounts on repairs for weekly service customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet & greet, FaceTime is OK. Assess the project/service needed. Provide a digital quote. (If client accepts quote). Emailed welcome letter/communicate expectations. Complete or begin work. Communicate results.

Orenda 4 Pillars/Water chemistry certified. 5 years in the industry.
