He was great not only staying on top of things but his background as an architect offered positive viewpoints to changes or alterations not always found with a typical general contractor. he stayed on top of the sub contractors scheduling and was timely overall. He took responsibility for the project right up to the clean up at the finish and helped with vendor resolution supply issues / refunds even after the project was done and paid for. We met with five contractors for bidding. He stood out as the most organized and responsive while being competitively priced. We would recommend his overall project management skill set to anyone.
