With the monsoons upon us we had some leaking and had also noticed missing roof tiles in a few spots. We had reached out to two companies for quotes. AST was quick to reply, provided a quote, and scheduled the work to be done the very next day. I'm still waiting for a quote from the other guys. Not only were they quick, but they provide quality workmanship. We are very pleased with the results and would most certainly hire them for any future roofing needs.

John Ast of AST Roofing & Home Improvements, LLC performed a roof inspection for our home in Saddlebrooke. John was prompt and thorough. He explained his findings after the inspection, and he sent a written report with photos within two days. John's price for the inspection was very reasonable.

Called John at AST Roofing and Home Improvements because
something fell out of the sky and made a large whole in our roof.
This is no kidding, actually happened. John came out the very next day after this happened and said he could fix it no problem.
John then returned the next day with some new tiles and
repaired the hole to our satisfaction.
I highly recommend John with AST Roofing for his responsiveness
and quality of work.

We recently had the underlayment of our tile roof replaced by AST Roofing & Home Improvements, owned by John Ast, a SaddleBrooke resident. We had two bids and John's was the lower of the two and, most importantly, had a much longer warranty. John is a great communicator. If we had any questions, he was just a phone call away plus he was at the house at least 3 times a day. The crew was hard-working, cleaned up every day and completed the job in 4 days. We heartily recommend AST Roofing.

John Ast is meticulous in all aspects of the job. Mine was more than just the roof replacement. we also had solar panels that had to come down and the go back up after roof was finished. He handle everything involved. Good job,John.
