ABRC did a great job with coating the roof on our home. They were the only company to offer us several different options. For years we thought there was only one type of coating product. Kudos to the team at ABRC for taking the time to walk us through the options we had for our flat roof and for fulfilling everything you promised!We had the pleasure of meeting Juan, Noah, and Jesus through all phases of our project. All of these young men are exceptional! The office staff was very punctual and quick to respond when something is needed. We offer senior citizen and military discounts. ABRC offers a Client Loyalty program where previous customers can earn a 1% split reward for referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. An ABRC project manager will meet with you in-person inspect your roof(s) and discuss your project with you in detail. 2. We will prepare a comprehensive report which includes: (3) Different Quote options and literature on process and products. 3. We'd like to go over our report with you in detail and discuss financing options should you need them. 4. When a quote is accepted: the job gets scheduled, the crew gets assigned, and material delivery is arranged.
