Do yourself a favor and don’t hire them. They were cleaners that didn’t want to clean. And did a half assed job. Very disrespectful of my time and money. My house was empty, no trash. They found a total of 10 items in the cabinets and acted like I left my house trashed. The worst part of cleaning my house was dust on first floor from sanding. And I had to hear the Belle the cleaner say, I had to empty my mop bucket two times to mop your floor. God forbid cleaners come and have to clean 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ Other than that it should have been the easiest move out cleaning, the house was normally lived in, nothing extreme they had to take care of. I was told it would be $240 for a move out clean then they arrived 30 minuets late and stayed from 230pm-630pm cleaning a 2100 sq home. They never mentioned certain things cost more, they didn’t have any problems the entire time until they tried to get me to sign a receipt without walking through the house, but I insisted on walking through and then I started finding things still dirty They keep saying the floor was wet to get me to not walk around, it wasn’t! From the moment the Belle walked in she was saying how my house wasn’t bad at all. How she was tired and just wanted to go home and how they were going to be quick! They forgot to clean chandeliers, and all light fixtures, window seals, they just wiped off the stove and said it can’t come clean, I put some oven cleaner on it and magically it’s spotless, the inside of the oven is still dirty, they left dirty window seals, dirty tops of closets, I mean just a lazy job. My realtor came and found crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Belle the cleaner turned the fan on, but when she was trying to leave and it wasn’t clean all of a sudden she said, oh I didn’t know there was a fan in there. I ultimately had them come back to try to fix it, which they showed up a hour late again and didn’t respond to my text when I inquired about the time. Ultimately I and paid them $350 because all of a sudden it’s a “post construction clean” and the girl Belle makes all sorts of excuses and lies and is disrespectful and goes on about insurance and safety…how are you supposed to clean someone’s house if you want climb ladders to clean things not at your level. She had a nerve to tell me, if I cleaned my stove often it wouldn’t have that much build up. Just very disappointing. Rude waste of my money. I could really go on, please take heed. They need to fix their business. I don’t mean to be rude but in this economy we all work hard for our money, no one deserves to be disrespected and take advantage when they are paying their hard earned money. Pictures of how a couple of places were left.

Our company was there over a 2 day period. 6 hours the first day with 2 people. Then I brought my boss with me on the second day for an additional 2 1/2 hours. They were still doing construction while our company was there. When we finished on the second day. My boss asked her if there was anything else that needed to be finished. She did a walk through and said that was all.
