- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s better to ask either call or message calling the tech directly it’s a lot easier to communicate and to get the price across more clearly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get some basic info from customer and then get as much info on the problem or what needs to be done for the job. I always offer new customer discounts and also offer referral discounts also if we continue to work with each other. If the customer wants to speak with prior clients that can be arranged also. I make the process as easy a possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma and also have 10 college credits all dealing with computer repair subjects. I've been working for other computer repair shops for over a decade and I'm always studying the lastest tech and listening to the most current news in technology and trends . I truly pride myself in keeping up to date with technology and the next great technology that can help myself and my clients.
