P&T did a great job with my cat, including some TLC not just the essentials, and keeping me updated so I didn't have to worry during my trip. It meant a lot that they had some backup when there was an issue with my lock and access while I was in the air and out of contact. I look forward to working with them again next time!

Paws & Tails PetSitting did a wonderful job taking care of my animals while I was away. Mr Wilson, is usually a cranky old cat but Jennie won his heart! I hope to use her again in the future.

Paws & Tails cared for our menagerie (big dog, 2 cats, 2 ferrets, and a bunch of fish) for a weekend while we were traveling. Dog was walked, ferrets had plenty of play time, and cats were let in and out of the house. They provided photo updates for every visit and were quick to respond to texts. Bonus - they brought in our packages! Would absolutely use again.

Jen was very accommodating by coming over first to meet us and go over instructions. Very nice lady! She sent a few videos of the cats while she was playing with them - so cute and I’m very happy she took the time to interact with them. Also as an added bonus, she used to be a vet technician so I felt comfortable that she would be able to spot anything serious that needed immediate attention. Will definitely be glad to have her look after the fur babies again!

Jennie and her team were wonderful to work with. They stepped in on short notice to provide five days of overnight care for my two rambunctious dogs. The team came to meet us and our dogs, and established a schedule that worked for us. During our trip they sent pictures of our happy dogs and kept in touch regularly. Zero problems, our house was kept clean and shiny, and they even stripped the bed and put the sheets in the washer for me. The price was good and worth every penny. I will most definitely use them again!

I have been pet sitting for 14 years and it started while I was a Vet Tech.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just opened our brand new boarding location! Almost 11 months of planning and it’s been going great!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you find a person that your pets actually like! A dog can tell you a lot about a stranger actually! When you meet the sitter, do they focus on you and impressing you only, or do they interact with your pet mostly? Very important ☺️♥️
