- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers is seamless and easy. We ask that you fill out our Meet & Greet form found on our website and we'll respond within 24 hours with Confirmation. We meet at your home so we can get to know each other and meet your pet(s) to make sure we're all a good fit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Est 2013. +6 years professional Pet Care experience 10+ years personal experience working with various animals including dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, fish, birds and tarantula's. We're K9 first aid and CPR certified and pride ourselves on exceptional service!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We're from the East Coast originally, and when we first moved here to Tucson in 2012 we were traveling a bit and didn't want to leave our Poodle Pierre and Chihuahua Brody in the kennel for a long period of time. They just aren't kennel dogs and don't thrive in that environment. The alternatives were pretty slim and super pricey on top of it all. There just had to be a better way. . .
