FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Purchasing personal training is not like buying a loaf of bread and shopping for the cheapest loaf. Which I don't recommend either. I am fair in my pricing and believe the benefit of training with me is, I have over 35+ years of experience and compassion for the struggles you deal when it comes to your health and fitness. I have the ability too teach you in a way you will understand. You will be able to implement my plan for you and your new habits that will lead you to a lifetime of success!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is scheduling a complimentary consultation. This is where we get clear on your goals and make a game plan for your success. This can be done on the phone or in person. Consider contacting me to schedule a time for us to meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I get weekly coaching from an expert in my industry. It is helping me become a better trainer and coach. I also read books, magazines and blogs about health and fitness and blog about it daily myself. I love learning and improving myself as a personal trainer and coach. Continuing education is something I do on a daily basis and share the most important information and strategies with my clients.
