Introduction

I am trained in a variety of modalities such as deep tissue, sports, prenatal, cupping, hot stone, Swedish, cranialsacral therapy, and reiki. The techniques I use promote stress reduction, and help alleviate pain/muscle tension. Josie is an exceptional massage therapist! I used to have chronic knee pain. I described my problem and Josie knew exactly what to do and after one session the pain was gone. Now I get regular massages from Josie for stress relief as well as minor aches and pains that are a result from sitting at a desk all day. She does a great job working with medium to deep pressure. I'm also a fan of the stretches she's taught me that help maintain the benefits of each massage. I whole-heartedly recommend her if you're looking for a massage therapist with a healing touch!

Josie Cruz is an excellent therapist. She's extremely skilled and professional and she cares. I have a variety of physical issues including chronic pain, kidney failure and rampant arthritis. I have been a client of Josie's for a year. She is able to customize my massages to all of my issues and the relief I get is substantial. I highly reccomend Josie for your next massage.

I recently did a really amazing cranialsacral therapy session with a client. It was 90 minutes so we had time to work off some “layers”. She shared intimate moments with me and was able to work through some of her trauma from the last.
