- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the treatment needed in your home. We try to minimize demolition in our remediation projects to keep costs down for our customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is as follows: 1. Initial Inspection & Testing (if samples are taken, they are sent to a third party lab) 2. Based on the results and inspection findings, we send an inspection report and recommendations for treatment 3. Complete treatment (if needed) 4. Verify our protocols (if applicable to the treatment)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team completes a certification course by members of our organization with 40+ years of experience in the field. Our inspectors are certified indoor environmentalists through the ACAC. We provide continued education with new products, processes and protocols.
